In the state of Massachusetts, one of the most sweeping – and controversial – laws was recently signed by Governor Patrick to reform our education system. The act clears caps on charter schools, creates plans for Innovation Schools, and also creates new conditions for underperforming schools to rebuild themselves. Here’s a copy of the new law.
